Read the fine print in the cancellation policy!! I signed up in October for a course to be delivered in January. Received an email a few weeks later that this training needed to be rescheduled for a new date as soon as possible. Going on four months now and I havent received a new date. When I requested a refund I was told they do not provide refunds, despite clearly breaching the conditions of the service I had paid for. Repeated inquiries are now simply being ignored. Incredibly disappointed in the complete lack of transparency, communication and service. I would not recommend.
