If you want boba drinks made with real fruit, this is the place! I first stumbled upon No 1 Boba Tea by accident inside the back of a Chinatown mall years ago and was happy to find this location on Eastern Ave soon afterwards.

Service was very poor. It's unfortunate that management did not see a clear and simple opportunity to keep a long time customer.

I'm not a huge fan of regular boba, but I LOVE their strawberry popping in a pina colada smoothie! It's a treat that's hard to beat. 4 stars instead if 5 because they are a little pricier than other boba shops, take a bit longer, and have made a few mistakes with orders. But definitely deelish!

If you're looking for a boba spot with tons of options, and not just milk tea options. Then check them out.They're in the same shopping center as Nothing Bundt cakes off Eastern and Silverado Ranch. We got the three drinks. I got their vanilla chai. Which was pretty good. We got our son their dragon passion. Which we thought was the best out of the three drinks we ordered, and my husband got their honeydew which was ok.Staffs were friendly, and pretty fast with making the drinks.
