I had the BEST time searching for my wedding dress here. Anna was super helpful and friendly. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses, so the selections she gave me helped me to narrow down what I liked or didn't like. She was also very patient and gave her thoughts without it feeling too pushy. She also was very informative, giving options for pricing, financing, and different styles of dresses. She knew what she was talking about. I also liked how she herself would do alterations. It's like an all in one stop shop! I haven't chosen my dress just yet, but I feel like I need to come back because some dresses pictured could very well be the one. :)

I do not like to leave poor reviews but as a bride I think its important to have a good experience. I am also a business owner so I understand how reviews can help and hurt your business. However, I scheduled appointments to look at dresses this weekend. I chose this place because they had a designer I liked. I wanted to keep my budget around 2k and said that I know her dresses are more but would like to try some on anyway & maybe some dresses like it. I saw some of this designers dresses around 2200-2400 online. Also some for 1800. If I tried it on and loved it, I would more than likely have bought the dress. However, I do understand I told her what I wanted my budget to be at so she was respecting that. But what she said was, the budget is 2,000 and her dresses are 3,000 so better not to try she wouldnt even bring the dresses out and allow me to try them on. I was not able to choose dresses either which was wild to me. She instead chose them and for the most part brought dresses out that I didnt like or ask for. I tried one on and wasnt in love with it but asked my friend to take a photo of it to which she said, no point in taking photo if you dont like.. she didnt help to put the dresses on or take it off which is hard to do in a tiny room by myself. She handed them to me and expected me to figure out how to get them on while Im falling over the layers and rushed me in and out. Even while trying to look at the dress on me. The whole experience felt rushed. When Id ask for dresses I would like to try on shed said, well you said you wanted kitty Chen.. Kitty Chen is a lot of lace. I explained that the ones I saw was not similar to what she pulled and that I could show her & she laughed it off saying. I would like to see what youre talking about because her dresses are not like that. I give people a lot of grace because as a business owner I am not always on. But if Im having a bad day I am never rude. Quiet yes, not as enthusiastic, sure. But never rude.I also think culturally she may just be straight forward so I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt also. But having had the experience of a lifetime the day before at another Bridal boutique I just think this is never an experience I would have wanted for any other bride looking for their dream dress. Again, everyone is different but I would have hoped for a much softer and better experienve.

10000% recommend this place to buy and alter your wedding dress!! I found my dream dress here! I went to three stores before coming to this one, and found some dresses that were nice, but didn't have that THIS IS IT moment. I thought maybe "Say Yes to the Dress" made THE moment dramatic for TV. But when I put on my dress here, I didn't want to take it off. Marisol took care of my appointment and brought out the dress even though I didn't think I would like it. I'm so glad she did because the dress was perfect!Additionally, Anna took care of all of my alterations/fittings after buying the dress. Working with her was amazing. She made sure my vision came to life. Adding crystals and belts, to picking a veil and headpiece, to bustling the dress, Anna worked wonders. She was so nice and accommodating, and even helped me fit the final product safely into a carry-on luggage. I'm writing this review after my wedding, because I also wanted to add that the alterations and bustle held up perfectly for my whole night. Even after dancing the night away. Thank you so much Bridalxoxo and team!! You made me a princess!!
