If I could give this business a 0 I would, this woman, the owner Patricia, has no professionalism and even less good customer service. I was her first client at 10 am the girl came all neurotic and hysterical and stressed and projecting all that negativity to the client, at the time of the cut the girl combed her hair very abruptly with the comb and very shocking, what a shame because I have been a client for many years. and someone else always takes care of me, but today was the most unpleasant experience with Patricia, apart from the cut, it didn't stay the way I asked for, she left one layer shorter than the other and when I told her, she wasn't humble to accept and said, "no matter what." with a pedantic and beaten tone, he had already combed with the dryer, it is understood that it was already finished, he did everything in a bad way and reluctantly, the woman was all bitter, as if I asked for it for free Work on your character defects madam.. And be more humble, because your ego and arrogance have it through the roof... You have no charisma or empathy for clients. I give you a zero! To you as a business owner.
