SINI the bartender is atrocious literally the cost of 1 of the stars if not both .... she makes you feel like she takes home pictures of customers to throw darts at them She ran off two customers in my presence alone which was maybe an hour She has the mannerisms of someone that works at Church's Chicken which as we all know ...aren't the most customer service friendly BUT ....If you LOVEEEEE S AND M and gambling Great spot for you

Went to Dottys on Saturday afternoon, we waited outside the door as we were stepping in about a half a pound of pigeon poop that you can tell has been there for a few days before we were buzzed in Zach Kept on looking at us outside the door and doing something with his hands. When finally, he buzzed us in he told my husband he has to take his glasses off well my husband wears prescription eyewear if he takes his glasses off, he can literally not see so when we told that to Zach we were told that is Dottys company policy we have never in our lives been asked to takeoff prescription eyeglasses when we walked in. He mustve said it so loud in front of the few people he had there, everybody turned around and stared at us and made us feel extremely foolish, when we told Zach that my husband wears prescription glasses, he told us it does not matter so because of the filthiness and the rudeness of the employee we will never return again to Dotties. There are too many places in this city to gamble, including the brand new Durango Station.
