Wells Fargo Bank

The people here is so lazy or they just hate theirs jobs. The whole office was empty for over 30 minutes, I was trying to open an account for a member family and after those 30 minutes they just said we dont have appoiments until Thursday (two days later). Is not the first time that happen and other people said they are always over excuses to refuse the service. I wish I can give them zero stars. But one is ok tho.

Absolutely horrible service!!! Waited in line at drive up window for 7 mins- 10 mins til closing. Young lady politely told me I had to go inside to cash a check since I did not have an account with them. No problem. I drove around to the front. And door was locked. 5:00 sharp. I figured the young lady just had to tell them. Nope. Lady with the keys came to the door You dont have an account with usi said so you treat people without an account different than with a Wells Fargo account. She said, she probably didnt know it was 5. Im SURE SHE DID. AND IM SURE IT WAS BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. New to Vegas from Texas. Need a bank and it sure in the HELL WONT BE WELLS ! Customer Service Failure On Russell!!

I waited 15 min for someone to tell me there is no one there to notarized my letter because that person is on vacation. There is no one else there that can notarize. Really? What kind of a bank has only one person that can do the job and you have to wait until she gets back! No wonder their customer rating is so bad.
