Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Corrupt to the core, from the top down! This Bank should do the honorable thing and close this branch down. They do nothing to inspire or improve the business atmosphere in the neighborhood. The idiot Branch Mgr they had in the past wanted to get rid of some of the existing businesses in the area and build Section 8 housing for the poor. And not only that! But She wanted to refuse to take deposits from any of the local Casinos.

Based on reviews I was a little apprehensive about going to this branch. But it was convenient. AND I had a seamless and very pleasant experience. Beautiful, clean and friendly. Thank you!! UPDATE***even better! I had an old unresolved issue with B of A that no one was willing to help me with. Brian, the branch manager called me, explained the issue and told me how we could resolve it. Amazing!! No one else at B of A had ever been willing to help. Love this branch!!!

Update they called back after they told me they could not help me, and actually helped me, im really glad because this would of been a really stressful experience if i could not get my currency exchange, really surprised so thanks to the bank manager! I think he said it was Darren? So thanks dude now i can go on my vacation and home money!

Woman at the tellers desk was as rude as could possibly be. A credit card program was moved from BoA to another bank and wanted a simple explanation. She identified herself as a manager. If thats the manager this branch and company is in trouble.
