        The insurance company itself is good but the staff at this location makes it a very unpleasant experience the customer service is horrible the staff really needs to get trained on how to interact with customers they have no compassion once so ever they make it impossible every time Ive dealt with anyone there Im not sure if its because I hired an attorney that had to fight for my rights as there insured but the reason for this review is because no one deserves to be treated how that staff treats customers its as if they have a personal conflict with me and are retaliating I feel very attacked by them Im hoping to here back from the manager because they can not keep treating customers like this and upper management alondra to be exact is the one who made it the worst experience and still waiting to get a call back from Mario the manager that alondra said would be calling me but has yet to call me
