I have two complaints. One they almost never return your calls when they say they will and second when I got my car back the alignment was way off and Derrick wanted me to drive the vehicle with a hard pull to the left. After convincing him to do it on the spot it took 45 minutes to get my car back in to be realigned. So far it looks and feels good but I didn't like trying to be pushed to the side for a later day especially when it's an easy fix.

Warning I brought my car in so they can fix the bumper of my car which I paid them $1600 out of my pocket So they report to carfax because of this my car value went down I asked him do you guys report to carfax and he said no I did ask this question in the beginning before the work got started on the car They are liars and the work they did on my bumper they broke one of the lights😡 Please don't bring your car in these people will lie to you Services: Body & Trim, Painting, Steering/Suspension

Man! my 3rd time being back in the body shop. All my friends have told me how they could not schedule repairs for their cars for two to three months out!!!!!! Not me thanks Metro squad. I have a 2021 jeep and the parts took longer than expected but I anticipated this. Especially with everything in the world on back order. The finished product was worth the wait & I'm glad I didn't rush the chef in the kitchen. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
