We had our car stolen and the police had it towed to this place when we went to pick it up I told them to be careful and don't pick it up with fork lift . And what did they do picked it up and put forks through the front grill and the transmission. This was about 3 months ago. Well come to find out a useed transmission was put in our KIA Soul 2018 68ooo miles on it wouldn't give us name of insurance company said they would handle it in house. Long story short we got our car back ran for about two weeks and the engine blew up. They are so wrong in so many ways. Because of there carelessness in handling our car it's now cost us 8000 out of pocket. There was nothing wrong with our car just needed to get keys made . Shame on the owner of this place and his managers. No respect for other people's belongings.

My experience was really good. My son was in an accident on Friday . On Saturday I went to Copart and was greeted by Stephanie she was amazing She Acknowledged what I was going through she showed Empathy and resolved why I was there in a timely manner . Tanya and Araceli were just as Amazing . Exceptional Customer Service! They are a asset to Copart hands down!

THEY STEAL PERSONAL BELONGINGS!!! DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! Ive totaled three cars in the past four years and every single time I come to pick up my belongings things are gone. The first time they stole my iPhone charger, all my change in the center consul, and a 60$ glass weed pipe left in the glove box. I tried speaking to a manager and they gave me a false email that didnt even work. I called a month later after various times of trying to get ahold of a manager through email. The ladies laughed at me and told me I took too long once I got ahold of a worker on the phone. All the front Desk ladies are very rude and disrespectful and dont care about your things getting stolen from their associates. The second time one of my friends left their iPhone in the car, and I was never able to find it once I was picking up my stuff from the vehicle. I felt really bad for my friend and I had to reimburse him myself. The third time personal things were missing like my deodorant, phone charger, and lighters. Ive learned my lesson and dont leave anything in my car after an accident. Hopefully Geico and All State stop using this facility for their clients

My Car insurance sent my car there for storage between towing and repair of vehicle. Coparts completely stipped my car floor liners, even my spare tire compartment and . Took my license plate off and my garage door opener. Which I had Togo to N. Las Vegas and pick up. Thankfully the body shop wea able to put everything back together. Hugh painconvience. I would not recommend them for storage of your vehicle.

The workers are SO RUDE. You should all work on your customer service when helping out everyone. They will literally ignore you when youre talking to them.
There was 4 people after me standing there wanting help and you all look at them crazy
