U.S. Bank ATM - Montecito

Dont use the drive thru unless you like waiting 15 minutes just to get snapped at that they have other customers. Also- dont expect anything to be free or easy with business checking. They might not have a monthly fee for the basic plan but theyll charge you $68 for the minimum amount of checks and put holds on all your deposits, some of them for more then 10 days. Definitely not feeling the least bit appreciated for my business.

I work at night so the hours that I'm able to go to the bank, the banks are closed which is fine but I still need to deposit my cash into my account, the atm at this location has taken my money twice and not put it in my account, the 1st time it was only 11$ since it spit out the large bills but last night it took 150$ from me and printed out a paper with a phone number and told me to call to make a claim? This is such a hassle for me, I've never had these problems before. I make a deposit at the end of each shift so I don't lose cash but what's the point of putting it in an atm through the deposit feature then not having it go in my account? Did I just get robbed by a bank atm, it sure does feel like it?

So...Ive never been turned away from a us bank until today. We walked in an hour before they closed and were one of two customers there. After waiting for 20 mins for a banker we were informed that they wouldn't be able to help us before they closed. They directed us to a different us bank in which we learned that they do that all day long.
