We outsource to EZ Fix and they have never let us down or disappointed us. Eli typically handles service requests for small appliances. He's very knowledgeable and repairs the Samsung and LG appliances that other repairmen always have trouble fixing. We've used a few different companies in the past and it's been two years now with EZ Fix and we are happy with the results for each and every job we give to them. I just called them at 10:57 am on Saturday August 12,2023. I was inquiring about their services and asking about around how much the service will be. The person that answer was extremely unprofessional. He first stated that they charge $70 for the service call and that amount will go towards the actual cost of the repair. I was okay with that. I just proceed to ask him after they do that around how much he considers the total cost of the repair might be. I was just trying to get an estimated amount to be prepared for. I understood that that would not be the final price. He proceeded to tell me he wasnt dealing with that and hung up on me before I could get any word in. Extremely unprofessional service. I would believe that before getting any tipe of service done their customers might have simple answers. If they cant answer something like that a simple Im not able to provide that information would have been fine. Then I can make an educated decision to proceed with the service or not. This person has left me wishing no one else goes to the is same treatment and really hope that they see this and change the way they handle situations like this from potential clients. 0/0 will not recommend to anyone looking for any type of service this company offers.
