        Our dryer stopped heating. I found Archies repair through a Google search. His wife answered the phone on the first call and was able to set up an appointment for that afternoon. He texted a few hours early telling us he was available if we were ready. We told him yes and he was over in twenty minutes. He diagnosed the problem quickly telling us that the ignitor had to be replaced. He had to order the part and would be back to install the next morning around 10am. He arrived on time and had the part installed, cleaned up the interior of the dryer and had the dryer running again,even quieter than before in less than an hour. Archie was professional, polite and quick. I highly recommend him!

        Your tech did install the part BUT he has an attitude and not listen when you talk to him. He always seem his answers are correct. He should change and LISTEN.
