I have lived here for going on 4 years now & have not had a problem since just recently. I don't know what's going on with the front office & the lack of response/communication but it is highly frustrating. I have had issues with maintenance work orders for 3 months now, & when you call to ask for a update you get no answer or pushed aside & forgotten about. As of 8/15 my husband called in to report a clogged toilet, the work order was submitted & we were told someone would come to fix it. Around 3pm he calls again to find out the status, the women he spoke with told him "the maintenance team is working on something else right now they will be there after they are done" I come home from work about 5:55pm & still no one has come to fix it & our other toilet is now also clogged. I call the emergency line & report the issue (being that neither toilet works now) they set it on "high priority" & said someone would be out. No one has yet to come & fix it. I honestly hate to say this but for the amount of rent being charged here you would think "high priority" work orders like this would be number one on the list.Smh......

I have been publicly critical of the leasing office both before and in the early stages of the transition to new management. Under new management, Evy left a comment encouraging me to come into the office to discuss my grievances, and I did. She took the time to sit with me patiently through every detail without ever appearing to be scripted in her responses. I left the office feeling confident that she genuinely cared to establish a positive relationship between the leasing office and the residents. Since then, a couple of our surrounding neighbors have been quite disruptive. I have gone to the office multiple times due to frustration and each time I was assured that my concerns were being addressed. NO ONE in the office, at any point, has made me feel like an inconvenience despite the fact that they are busy. Lianne, in particular, has always been happy to assist me, obviously within reason. Sometimes, just knowing that someone cares can make up for the fact that it is simply impossible for every single issue to be instantly resolved. There are a ton of other residents to be responsible for. That said, since the flood that happened back in September, the office has been extremely accommodating. We were unfortunately temporarily displaced due to the damage, but they kept us in the loop throughout the process. With the exception of a few minor issues, we came back recently to a beautifully remodeled apartment. Sadly, someone attempted to kick our door in last night. It damaged the door pretty significantly, but Lianne assisted with a report and sent maintenance to our unit immediately to fix it. My sincerest apologies go out to any unit we may have delayed assistance to as a result, but for obvious reasons, it was important to have our door fixed and the gentlemen did a great job. They always do. They also took care of the other minor issues that were pending while they were here. They are always kind and more than willing to address any concerns we have. Before leaving they took the time to walk us through everything they fixed amazing customer service. Nothing is perfect. This review is not to suggest such... only to show well deserved appreciation. Thank you, sincerely.

Do NOT rent here. The maintenance is a joke. I requested maintenance 2 months ago and they still have not done anything. Additionally they DO NOT have a pool. If the pool has not been open in 3 YEARS, it is no longer considered a pool. They have a hole in the ground.
