Price is still going up without any improvement, bad carpets, gate to get in have been broke for years

I am not happy with maintenance, Im not comfortable with the maintenance man Jeremy in my home. Ive had a flood in my home hes patronizing. He has come in to do things in my house and never finish them. Ive told them multiple times whats going on over here and he neglected to follow the management instructions. So I do not want him in my home, Im 54 I probably have a son his age and I will not be spoken to like Im an idiot. I understand new management is coming in and were happy that that is happening. However, the management that has been with us for the last 13 years Always has been prompt to solve problems on property. Unfortunately, we lost the mother of the property a couple of years ago she bleached the patios twice a month. The laundry room was immaculate. You could eat off the floors. I understand there has to be changes, I agree. But dont treat the tenants like were squatters or slum or beneath you. As our property management prior to new management always had a respect, interpersonal curve. We understand she has a new direction as far as management. However, tenants have been here since the day its been built. And our management thats been in place has always been on top of our units. And now, for some reason its falling apart. I hope theres a happy medium with our new management. We are happy. There are good changes being made. However, when theres a leak or a flood and theres several units in here that have the problem. My neighbor upstairs, the ceiling still leaking. But as for me, I do not want Jeremy in My Home. My floors are now being replace after September 19th it is now October 17th. , these are just being handled. Arody is in the middle of all this and has been the middle manager. We hope to see the new changes and Arody continue to be able to keep our suggestions and request as a priority as she always has. Sorry about the novel however, I am a college student. I am with cactus aviation. I fly small Cessna airplanes. And Ive had to put my ground school on hold. Because Ive been displaced for almost an entire month. Not enthused. With that being said, thank you for coming in and making positive changes. However, again it would be nice if we still had that management that still cared about the tenants that made Loctaine an amazing place to live, , a tight knit, family, and we watch over one another. I love living here... Management and their team really spoil us.

Loctaine is a great place to live and it is mostly due to the manager Arody. Because Arody lives in the building, she experiences the same issues that may arise. The issues are mostly external due to the location but the location plays a big part is why it's fun to live here.

Lived here a few years. Arody is the best Apt Manager.
