Now I see why everyone told me not to move here but I did anyway I would not recommend renting they dont care about there Residents at all! I been a really GOOD resident here for 2 years never missed a month payment of rent sense I lived here! I explained Im moving out to somewhere I have someone to watch my son while Im at work I just had him literally few months ago!! So I didnt renew I just gave a short notice I stayed in the apartment 13 more days because there no heat At time where my new place technicians needed to come fix its freezing so i didnt want my baby get sick I also communicated with them everyday those 13 days to inform them everytime they told me it was fine just have to pay extra I said are u sure they said yes! without me knowing they issued me a eviction!!????? I never had a eviction in my life I explained & communicated just need to stay little longer til heat is cut on the hell? would I wana stay longer n get charged more? They dont care about no one there rude & the community is dirty & trashy on top of it I am not satisfied with my move out I wish Jessica was still there this wouldnt happened At all horrible staff & Community!! this is crazy

Noticed no hot water, called 10mins before office closed and maintenance guys came right up, helped with the boilers pilot and even helped show me how the fireplace works lol thank you guys for your help and time, much appreciated to you all.

Do not agree to move into a first level apartment unless youre ready to lose sleep. Walls literally thin as paper. First i had to buy ear plugs to sleep. I hated it because I couldnt hear anything else. I started playing brown noise on my tv before just getting a sound machine to play at the highest level. Still doesnt stop me from hearing my neighbors music Word for Word next door or any footstep(including gentle ones) from my noisy upstairs. They really cut corners when it came to sound proofing during the construction.

So I have lived in Vegas for a little over 10 years. I have to say this was the most easy and professional experience I had in renting an apartment, mostly because of the leasing agent that helped us her name is Zoe Rojas. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate and had a lot of patience also speaking of patience I want to give a shout out to the Manager because she was very patient and professional also. To have a good team you have to have a great leader. They made this process as stress-free as possible and they care about there tenants from what I can see.

Amazing staff especially zoe and kiari, good location its near Walmart and and its in front of sams club.
