Jade Apartments

12/30/23- I am passionate about where I reside. Cons of residing at Jade: 1. Trash These lazy residents are use to rules not being enforced so they continuously leave their garbage out in the hallways outside of pick up hours. There are over #600 units here. Imagine how this place smells with trash sitting out from Friday- Sunday night. Disgusting is an understatement Its also unsanitary and attracts unwanted rodents and bugs. Ask to do a walk through on every floor while on your tour. Im sorry Jade but these air fresheners out in the hallway arent cutting it! You owe us (your loyal tenants) so much more! 2. UNLEASHED DOGS outside of the dog park has been a problem since Jade opened their doors. We have already had one incident where we were bitten on the property. 3. Dog feces and piss constantly being left behind for maintenance and the cleaning crew to clean up amongst the hallways, elevator & outside. Disrespectful!!

If you're ready to pay some unclear fees, if you're ready to pay $60 for water per month - even though you work all day, then this place is for you! Be prepared to pay $1700 for your apartment, even if the lease is $1335. I've been living here for two years, don't know why. The first year was fine, but now there are constant problems. Police come every day, the gates don't work, security mostly sleeps, the front doors are constantly broken, the elevator breaks down every week, and there are very noisy neighbors who can play music until 2-3 in the morning. But of course, there are positives too - the staff is very kind, friendly, and welcoming!

Jade apartments had the audacity to charge my renters insurance for a pet stain. Now, normally I would move on and call it a day as I didn't even come out of pocket for this claim. However, I take it personally offensive as it's salt in a wound I got time to be mad about right now. First off, Marley died 6 weeks after I moved in. Secondly, Marley never had an accident in that apartment even when she died in my arms she didn't potty. Immaculate dog. Thirdly, I own a professional carpet cleaner. If there was a stain I have the tools to professionally clean it myself. You insult me and my memory of Marley

I was happy to see the actual unit, not a model was ready to rent. Also the rep from Arizona was very sweet and gorgeous. We were not dressed for the viewing but she treated us well. The place is clean and carpet free. I recommend.
