Worst place Ive ever lived This is a real review!! Roach city! We saw a mouse run from our wash room. Were not the problem these nasty apts are. Gunshots and police all the time. Evictions every day. My neighbor was evicted and they left her apartment filthy disgusting for 2 months. The smell was awful. Do not move here. Management changes every other month so theyre constantly charging for new fees and doing walk troughs. Theres no maintenance so the entire property looks and smells awful. Teenagers that likely dont live him seat right by tenants windows and smoke weed, kids go around asking tenants to take out their garbage just to throw the trash on the grass area. The teenagers are pulling the fire alarms which causes the alarm to shriek for 5 or more hours any time of the day, these alarms are placed inside of every room in your apartment. Your ears will bleed.

UPDATE: it is 8:30am right now. My buildings fire alarm has been SHRIEKING since 3:00am. Not my personal apartment fire alarm, the ENTIRE BUILDING 7 fire alarms in the stairwells. The sound is absolutely unbearable. I had to take my dog in my car to get away. The fire department says they cant access the panel and it needs to be done by maintenance. Multiple tenants have called the emergency line and keep being told that the property maintenance is fully aware and just still hasnt found the time to respond! Weve now been forced out of our apartment for 5.5 hours, still ongoing. This is insane. Candace in the leasing office has been fantastic. Before I moved in, it was difficult to speak with someone directly sometimes when I had a question because, lets be honest, this is a decent size apartment complex! They have a lot people to help and they can get backed up. So lets all remember that! Moving is stressful on our end but they get overwhelmed too. Since moving in, I did have certain things I wanted fixed/addressed. Theyve handle every request very promptly and courteously. The maintenance guy, Ricky, is extremely polite and informative. Im very appreciative of them both doing their best to accommodate my move in seamlessly. Every interaction Ive had here, theyve been nothing but pleasant and helpful. Thanks Candice & Ricky!
