WORST EVER. MELISSA IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PERSON AND SHOULD BE FIRED. THE MAINTENANCE PPL USED MY PERSONAL BLANKET TO CLEAN UP THE MESS AND I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND MELISSA SAID IT IS MY PROBLEM TO CLEAN UP ANY WATER SPILLAGE WHICH WAS NOT THE CORRECT INFORMATION EITHER AS THE MANGER TOLD ME SHE SHOULD NOT BE TELLING ME THAT INFORMATION. AND MELLISA JUST HUNG UP ON ME WITHOUT TRYING TO RESOLVE ANYTHING. MANAGER SAID SHE SHOULD HAVE TRIED TO CALM ME DOWN BEFORE HANGING UP ON ME WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE. LINDA THE MANGER WAS HELPFUL

ATTENTION, only if you are Hispanic, These Appartments are NOT for you, Those two receptionists there, are RACIST PROFILERS in leasing office will racist profile you just by looking at you, visited the models, and prices are NOT what youll expect, you wont get what you are paying for. Do not bother in giving away your hard earned money by filling out the stpd application,

I've been here for 3 years. My favorite features are the attached two car garage and big patio space. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Nice floor plan. Convenient location. Maintenance does a good job. The rent went up around $200 since I moved in. The quality of the apartment is okay. Walls, baseboards, switches, wall plates, and garage floor were painted over to look new. Mine didn't come with a garage door opener or washer/dryer. The flooring is cheap laminate that can damage easily. The appliances are old. They don't replace microwaves. The patio fences are worn out. The rain gutters are damaged. A lot of lights in the neighborhood don't work. The roads are narrow and concaved. The neighborhood looks like a storage facility. There's little to no parking for guests, but there are plenty of reserved spots only special tenants can rent. Sometimes it takes several days or weeks and several calls to the office before they'll send maintenance.

Very very sad and uncaring management, all they care about is MONEY!!! They put me out without a place to stay even though i had the money to pay. They knew full well I was on "holdover" status. Storage cist me1400 dollars!!!!
