        Tried to schedule a visit for my dog they said I had a past due balance and I could not see the Vet. I explained I did not have a past due balance but would pay the small fee right now on the phone with my c.c. just to see the Vet. The lady was rude and said go else where and would not even attempt to collect the alleged past due amount. No customer service skills, she did not give care in the world for my dogs condition. I wish I could give zero stars. Very disappointing

        i called to inquire about what i could give my cat for a 4 hour plane ride. the woman at the pharmacy was so nice and helpful. she knew exactly what we needed and explained everything to us in detail. very very helpful.

        Staff is courteous & friendly, veterinarian will work with you on costs,not to mention facility is kept up at high standard cleanliness

        This place has very unprofessional receptionists. They tell you one price and when you coming to perform appointment they charging different. Been told by lady my exam and vaccine cost 120$, and I did reconfirm if its for both pets, and later on been charged 209$ when ask same lady she said price was only for one. Probably not gonna come back again
