I provided him with the "net" income I received assuming he was smart enough to say hey gee did you get a 1099, or what is the gross you received, these are common questions you pay an Accountant to ask. Thats why we pay CPAs if I knew all the answers, I NEVER would have paid this guy $500. Run as far away from this man as possible!!! Now that I am in deep trouble and have to hire another better, smarter Accountant, hell I think H&R block would be a wiser move. He has a fiduciary duty to help folks do their taxes correctly and ask questions of the clients. ugh
