Incline Tahoe Glass

Incline glass is great! They have installed shower doors on both of our bathrooms. They were timely, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them!

I ordered my glass for my front door to be installed first week of May, got a quote, put my card on file, they said 3 weeks, ok, then I call the second week of June to inquire, they said they had the glass but it would still be another 3 weeks, ok, so comes the 3rd week of July still not done, I called just to go pick up the glass & I hired someone else for install, which saved me over $150 anyway. Do Carson or Reno, I could've had it done by June instead of waiting over 3 months with no communication from this place. It was terrible, but 2 stars because the glass did fit.

I never leave negative reviews, but recently events have lead me to share to help others out. We just had a glass shower door installed and the guys severely damaged the shower handle. Our contractor contacted them immediately and they are not providing any sort of customer service or care. This is beyond disappointing. They were the only ones in this bathroom since this was the last thing that needed to be done. In fact this shower had never been used you can see how they accidentally backed up into the shower and hit this handle, which was leaking for over 24 hours (they suggest not touching the shower doors for that amount of time). This is our second time using them, the first time (4 years ago) the installers banged up our new vanity (we didnt complain as accidents happen). However, this time we need to now have our plumber come back out and do an expensive repair hopefully we dont have to replace the rough-in valve which our contractor feels we might. Its tiring having things get damaged during a remodel, you spend lots of money and time, have disruptions in your house and then needing to have something redone at the finish line is frustrating. I would NOT use this company as they lack skill and customer service and damage your home. Its disappointing when companies wont accept responsibility and wont make mistakes right.
