        We have been IV Pakmail customers for more than ten years, and have been most happy with the service in the past 2 years. Some staff issues before that, and of course the Covid challenges, but they are running a great service organization now and I am glad we stuck with them! Five stars!

        The friendliest staff and super efficient! I cant recommend this place more. Been going here for the last couple of years and have had only positive experiences. Grateful to have a reliable place for packages here in the mountains!

        They do NOT have a notary despite advertising online and in store that they do. Otherwise nice, just frustrating to make the drive. Thanks for the clarification. Maybe remove the in store sign that says you provide Notary Services?

        We got a mailbox here about 2 years ago and have had very great service during this time!  Zeb, Emma, and the others know their customers very well and often have my packages out before I even reach the front desk.  They have also helped me take out packages to my car (when there are no other customers waiting).  When I email with a question, they are very responsive as well!  We have been very happy here so far!

      Louis, the Pak Mail national franchise website advertises that some Pak Mail locations offer notary services, however the site for our specific location does not list this as a service we offer. Sorry for the confusion!
