Joel Baker

I'm sure all the great things about Joel have already been said, but his work ethic and responsiveness cannot be topped. I generally have fairly high expectations for my realtor team, and require flexibility and a ton of texting. Joel met the bar every step of the way, so much so that we literally met over the phone on 8/8 and was in contract for a property on 8/13 after he did a quick video call walk through of the place for me. That goes to show both how on top of the market Joel is, how well connected he is with the local area and other agents, and his general ability to make dreams come true. Truly but for Joel, I could not have found this home in Incline Village, and I'm excited to continue to work with him to do some updates to make it the perfect second home. He had all of the contacts, and really went (and is still going) above and beyond to make things happen. I'm thrilled to have met him and highly recommend him for ANY real estate needs in the area! I worked with Joel Baker recently on a purchase transaction for a client looking for a vacation property and I cant recommend Joel enough. He was easy to get ahold of and responsive whenever I needed him. We were able to get the file clear to close quickly and overall all parties ended up happy with the transaction. I hope to work with Joel on future transaction as he helped make the transaction smooth and painless.
