Lake Tahoe Lockshop

One of the worst experiences I've had. I asked them to come out and rekey our lock that leads outside. Since then the lock will not work. I've been calling them for about a month and no return phone call.

Have done commercial business with this little man and his shop . He is a crook and has ripped off the community for years . His anger towards his customers and the community is a danger. Do not use them,

Needed a new front door lock and Linda was there for us with just what we needed plus and upgrade......in-stock and at a fair price! No waiting!Now, two months later, we had an unfortunate and complicated re-key we had to do and Linda & Mike bent over backwards to help us! Customer service is still alive in IVGID!

This guy has major anger issues. He's incredibly unstable and honestly probably a threat to others. He screamed and cursed at me for trying to help a stopped car. She was stuck in the driveway going up into xmas village where his shop is. I thought I would park and walk down to her, because that's the safest thing to do. As I'm half way down to her, I hear him scream, "didn't you hear me honking??? Thanks for your help!!" I told him I'm obviously walking down to the stuck car right now. He screamed that I should have parked next to her. I told him then her and I would both be at risk of getting hit. He told me to F off and it just became a screaming match. I was all bundled up so you couldn't really see my face. He had no idea if he was screaming and cursing at a 16 year old or a 60 year old. He didn't care. He would have done this to anyone, which is worrisome. Also, not sure what he expected me to do, my plan was to just make sure the driver was okay. Not injured or sitting in their car having a panic attack. I couldn't actually do anything for the stuck car. The locksmith was parked above (taking up multiple spots). So maybe instead of honking and screaming at me he could have been at the car already. I'm completely blown away and disgusted that he would behave like that. Be careful if you decide to hire him or apparently if you're even near his shop (I wasn't even going to him, was going to a different shop in the same area). He's an aggressive, disrespectful, and angry person.
