        My car was being held hostage by my broken garage door! Called the company I had normally used in the past... would not even send someone to look at it for two days! Called another company... had practically the same response. Asked a friend for a recommendation and was quickly directed to Dean & Jennifer with Incline Door Co. I live in Truckee CA so didn't think of looking in Incline Village. WELL... Jennifer returned my call promptly and Dean was at my home in Glenshire shortly after noon. Car was released from hostage situation (which was a broken spring) and I was on my way! GREAT SERVICE & GREAT PEOPLE! I know who I will be calling FIRST (and only) next time I need garage door service and/or repair!!!

Jennifer runs a tight ship, with prompt, timely friendly and informed communication and dispatch. A qualified estimator - usually Dean - calls ahead and shows up as promised... even on powder days. A quick and accurately evaluation inevitably leads to a prompt and careful repair, at a fair price. Nice. Tip: call Jennifer and send over a picture of your problem before they come up for an estimate... there's a good chance their estimator can put the right part on his truck and fix your minor repair during the diagnostic trip.
