John has gave me a new lease on life. I have suffered from chronic back pain for over ten years due to an injury I sustained while lifting something heavy at work. When I started seeing him, I was scheduled to have a back fusion surgery in 6 weeks. The first step he started with was re-learning to breathe properly from my lower diaphragm and not my upper chest. Then he stared adding little exercises that progressed in difficulty with every session to help strengthen my core muscles. These two things in combination with the adjustments has cause my back pain to fade away to the point where I just cancelled my surgery yesterday! So glad I found Backcountry Chiropractic. John is a total game changer.
