I used this shop many times years ago and they were very professional and prices were reasonable. Today I got quoted over $200 for mounting / balancing 4 tires on 4 brand new rims. That's quite a bit more than other shops around. They also offered better price ($150) if I pay cash which seemed somewhat awkward to me. I love to support local businesses but this time I decided to pass.

So extremely disappointed with what happened here. Quite possible the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. We went here (as we have for 8 years as locals) to get new weather tires for our truck. This was fine. We made an appointment, they ordered the tires which came in quickly and they installed. Easy. When we picked up our car we realized on our way home that they had put our old tires in the back of our car and charged us for their disposal. Also, we realized our other car had a slow leak in the front tire due to a nail. So we drove both cars back up their to have them take the old tires (which they did) and while there asked them to patch the tire on our other vehicle. They said NO to this. We had to make an appointment for the patch which was 4 days from then. Let's be clear. It takes 10 minutes at most to patch a tire. PERIOD. We had just spent $1800 with them. They would NOT take 10 minutes to patch a tire???? Again, let me reiterate that we had just spent $1800. Me paying you for a service and you doing it is expected, which they did. I guess some people would call this good service I call it service. Good service is respecting and APPRECIATING your customers (especially your repeat customers). I do not expect same day service for new tires but for a quick patch as we were ALREADY there getting service, but they can not add that on???? That is good service. In no way would this have put them out. We had to take 10 minutes to drive back up there for them to dispose the tires they charged me to do and did not. I guess their time is more valuable than ours. We were in LITERAL SHOCK at being told no to this. Shame on them. Shame on their lack of care, shame on their lack of appreciation for us choosing to do business with them. But make no mistake, us and our 3 cars will not longer be doing service with them. But let me also say that we drove over to the Chevron where they HAPPILY and PROFESSIONALLY patched our tire immediately which took.....7 minutes. THANK YOU CHEVRON!!!!! They might do a good job at changing your tires but if you need help, if you need exceptional service, if you want to be appreciated for being a customer, this is NOT the place.
