Aerie & OFFLINE Store

We were recently in Aerie at a time that we found out was near closing time. At 5:52pm the music turned off and the doors were all locked. We asked what time they closed and they said they were just getting ready to be closed at 6. It felt awkward and unwelcoming. We walked across the street to Lululemon. We were having a great shopping experience when, at the register, we realized they also closed at 6pm. This was at 6:20pm. We had no idea and neither did the other patrons. A much more welcoming feeling was available just across the street. 2nd star to Aerie for the attractive store and ping pong table! Although my son asked to play and they said they didn't have ping pong balls..

This location American Eagle/Aerie is fairly new (opened Q4 of 2022), but I asked the associate here if this was going to be permanent and she said yes. Im super happy to hear! The AE at the galleria doesnt have aerie (their intimates/sleepwear/activewear line), and this is a full store of it which is super awesome. I went when they first opened so I think there was still a training process. The associates talked amongst themselves and many werent too sure of pricing and such. The store is pretty straightforward though with many checkout points (the store is separated into their two departments but offers checkout counters on both sides). Great selection too!
