Very unhelpful and almost combative customer service.. walked in and was told "its 99% a clog and manufacturers don't pay that. you do!"... before the vacuum was even looked at or plugged in let alone turned on.. when I asked if she could atleast assist by turning it on to see what the issue is It was almost like an inconvenience to the woman. when I walk into a repair shop I except the technician to atleast attempt to fake "work on it" or vare minimum atleast look at the issue at hand before snapping at me with a price to fix an issue there isn't even any proof that exists. the younger gentleman also standing there was more helpful and polite than the adult woman that looked to be "in charge".

This place is the worst to have your vacuum repaired. The guy at the counter, 'Tray' didn't write up our repair order correctly and didn't order all the parts. He then called us to come pick up our vacuum without the part we especially asked him to order. He kept our vacuum for over a week and the job was not complete.

Good experience at Banks Oreck Vacuum. Our Oreck vacuum is about 15 years old, has provided good service, and needed a replacement power cord. Banks helped locate a cord and provided a replacement estimate. Instead, we chose a new vacuum - Riccar R10S. Its an impressive vacuum with same or better features than an entry level Oreck. Their recommendation and demonstration of the vacuum was helpful.
Weve noted Oreck vacuums available on line at a lower price. However, having the recommendation to help make the decision, and after the sale support provided by Banks make purchasing from a quality full service business the best choice.

Joann and John were amazing!! I came in on Monday 5/23 and they helped me and got my vacuum fixed right away! I didnt even have to leave it and come back!

I was looking for a new shop to repair my vacuum cleaner. The one I used to go to closed down. I did a Google search and found Bank's and it was close to my home. I dropped my vacuum cleaner off and it turned out it was just a belt that needed to be replaced. Thanks John and Megan for the great service!
