Had the pro 92+ installed and I must say it is very soft and nice looking,hopefully it will last ,some shedding has occurred but not much.

My initial estimate with Kevin in May was awesome! Then things happened and I had to wait awhile to purchase. When I called back to get a new estimate, I was told the turf I wanted was not in stock and would be a bit to get it. Ok, no big deal I can wait, but the sales lady was very unprofessional. I had to force her to give me the estimate on the one I wanted and it was exceptionally higher in price. Plus, she tried to sell me a lower grade one because it was in stock and cheaper. Also she said I wouldn't know the difference except that is is shorter than the one I want. I went into the store and chose my turf in person. If I wanted the cheaper, lower grade one then I would have chosen it when I was there. This is very unprofessional!

Kevin was great. He was with a customer when we walked in, but greeted us immediately and said he would be with us shortly. We told him what we were looking for, he gave us options that met our needs and was very knowledgeable. The product looks to be great quality and pricing was great compared to big box stores.

I ordered a synthetic grass and supposedly they were going to take it to work and it took 3 days until I had to go for it and they didn't have it ready. what a bad service
