        About 3 weeks ago I went in to rent a pickup. I was able to reserve it online but when I got to U-Haul I was told I couldnt use my debit card. Just a couple months prior I was able to rent a van with my debit card but no longer can you rent a van or pickup with a debit card. I was actually able to go to Enterprise and rent a much nicer pickup for a better price. I was going to get a storage unit at the same time but I went with Public Storage instead. Im done with U-Haul illl be getting rid of my storage unit in Florida as well.

        Nice people. Equipment is always usually on par, but this time we almost got into a few accidents with the lights not working correctly. Trailer 9007D, needs work. Wire issue most likely.

        Slowest service ever. We just waited 35min while the lady at the desk helped the before ahead of us. There was another worker called Indiana that was walking around and ignored us we finally get help and as soon as another clients walked in then the other worked offered to help them no comments!

        Staff is medicore and arent helpful. Vehicles do not have full tank of gas. Which will cost you more then you should have paid.
