We were from out of town when one of our trailer tires blew out completely with a second close behind. They were the only open shop who had the specialty tires in stock and could mount them. When we pulled in, our trailer was too big to pull in, so they brought out a large commercial size jack and replaced the tires within 10 minutes. Thanks, guys! You were great!

Please DO NOT go to this place!!! My sister had a flat fixed at Jirah Tires and they did a great job so when I needed tie rod fixed on my van, I called them. They said they dont fix that but the other Jirah Auto Care does fix them so I called and made an appointment to bring my van in. I showed up on Wednesday morning as told to and talked directly to Felix. I told him what we believe to be wrong and I gave him BOTH my husband's phone number and my phone number for him to call once he was able to verify the problem. I explicitly told him I would be pulling a large heavy trailer through mountain passes to Utah and all the way to Tennessee and I needed the van to be safe for that kind of travel. We never heard from him all day. Then later in the afternoon, he phoned and said the van was fixed and to come pick it up. I was confused because he never called to tell us what was wrong with it, what he intended to fix or even how much. I asked how much and he said it was "$200 for parts and $380 for labor" but when I got there, he charged me $500. I asked what he fixed and he showed me a rod on the ground to which I took a picture so I could relay the information to my husband who was out of state. I drove home and the van was all over the road on any speed over 40 mph. It was terrifying. I called my husband and he drove down from Utah to find out the matter. The van was all over the road. My husband called on Monday twice and Felix never returned our calls. On Tuesday morning, we drove down to talk to Felix and he basically told my husband that "he couldn't fix it all the way because he doesn't know where to get the parts". He put the van on the lift and showed my husband all what else needed to be repaired. Felix NEVER told me the van was not repaired. He led me to believe it was fully repaired when I paid. That van was all over the road and could have caused us accidents! We would have NEVER agreed to pay $500 to fix what little he fixed and then drive off in a dangerous situation ready for a long distance trip pulling a heavy loaded trailer. He has done us so wrong! Now we have a van riding just as dangerous as when we got it to him and now were are out $500 and Felix wouldn't make it right. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give this place a ZERO I would!!! They ripped my sister off!! They never called her or her husband to give a quote BEFORE performing the work LIKE ASKED! Then Felix over charged for the work done and come to find out they only did about 30% of the job and NEVER said a word that he "couldn't get the parts to fix it completely" and sent her out in a DANGEROUS SITUATION!! He charged her as if the job was completed and sent her off never telling her he didn't complete the job! The vehicle was all over the road and could have been DEADLY when she specifically told him that she was going to be hauling a trailer and going across country!! FELIX WOULD NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!! She called multiple times and they did not return phone calls. They had to go down there and that is when Felix said "he couldn't get the parts necessary to fix it" but NEVER told her that the job wasn't complete and that she would be unsafe!! She will be filling a lawsuit!
