        We didn't want to file our taxes through Turbo Tax anymore, so we wanted to try somewhere else. I saw Jackson Hewitt on Google and the 1st one was this location. The reviews looked like people had a great experience. First time walking in, and we met Jack. Introduced ourselves and he was ready to work. He has such a great presence and broke down a few things on our taxes. He got into some details on certain things that made it make sense. We got back more than what Turbo Tax would've given us. I was very happy and please. He was very helpful and understanding. I am definitely going to recommend to others. And giving my sister his business card to make an appointment. Thank you, Jack. I will definitely be coming back!
