Purpose Pools, LLC

Purpose Poozs is a scam for estimates. They want $200 for a quote and will not do the work needed unless I pay in advance. I contacted them for a simple part replacement and they refuse to do the work unless I pay $200 in advance.

I was initially pretty dissatisfied with my experience with Purpose Pools, as the work they did was legitimate yet didn't fully resolve the issue I hired them for in the first place. Very appreciate of Josh and the company for following up with me later on, getting the matter fixed and even refunding my payment (which I told them was unnecessary). Honest and high integrity company, thanks guys.
