So I had my second visit to the store this year and it was for me this time. I am suffering from planter fasciitis and I knew that the store what is the place to go to get help. Im not gonna lie it was more than I thought the customer service was very educated very helpful and worth the time I spent if you were suffering from foot problems go here first they know what to do to get you in the right direction.

I once thought highly of this store because of the owner's knowledge, but when I had a shoe strap come apart after only a few months, they would not willingly take them in for repair. We were told the shoes were made in China (my bad for not knowing that) and the ownership had changed. I paid well over $100 for these shoes. A supplier that doesn't stand behind their products, in my view, should not be a supplier at all in a higher end shoe store. Last time for buying anything there.

I only wish I had stopped in sooner! Allen was very patent and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what to expect when I limped into the store, but the ability to walk today without excruciating pain has felt like a true blessing. I'll definitely be back when it's time for replacements!

Received excellent service. Very friendly and educated me on all of the pros and cons of the sandals I was looking at to help me make the right decision.
