WARNING to future customers..the owner of this Outpost Mail and Copy at 205 N Stephanie St #D Henderson NV 89074 is a total fraud for having his employee communicate lies to me and now the mail YOUR employee told me would be able to be retreived is either missing or stolen by the owner or employee because the tracking is linking it to this Outpost Mail and Copy. The owner offers absolutely no help, care, or customer service, and completely ignored the fact that I, an out of Towner was told by the employee the owner is supposed to properly train, a supposed lie, and now the owner is saying there is no accountability for why

So much for 24 hour access to your mailbox, I have been able to access it after business hours (which are whatever time they choose to open and close) 1 time. I thought the times posted at the entrances were supposed to be the actual hours they're open for business, and not the hours they may possibly be open for business. And the staff can't remember receiving a package 30 minutes prior to you asking, and on top of that, can't remember where they placed it after you have shown them the tracking info proving that they were who, in fact signed for the package to be delivered.

Alfonso is absolutely wonderful! After a bad experience at usps on trop and mtn Vista, I drove out of my way to use this location because of Alfonso's impeccable customer service! He offered to tape my labels as a courtesy to my packages. He handled the packages with care too! He is very nice and cares about his customers.
