Fiv Realty, Matt Farnham (Broker) and Team Farnham gets 5 Stars, no question. We first heard of Team Farnham through postcard mailings with market info for the Inspirada Community in Henderson, NV. The first impression from those mailings was of professionalism and organizational ability, along with a focus on Inspirada, but without high-pressure salesmanship. When the time came to sell our Inspirada townhouse, we met Matt and his Team, obtained a marketing plan and comparative sales analysis, and received clear answers to all our questions and concerns. It quickly became apparent that Matt and Team were extremely knowledgeable: the local market and how to best price our property for a timely sale; how to present our home in the best light with professional pictures and video; and what geographical areas should be targeted for advertising. Team Farnham was extremely adept at accessing social media and the main online real estate platforms, and ensuring our descriptive information and photo/video materials were uploaded quickly and correctly. The RESULT was a SALE within 10 days, close to our asking price, with a cash offer. Matt's Team also facilitated the sale of all our furniture as well, making the move-out so much easier! The closing went very smoothly, on time. They kept us informed every step of the way, with excellent communications and even periodic video clips from Matt further explaining the stage of the process we were in or about to begin. Every Team member was friendly and anxious to help us through the process; we'd like to particularly single out and commend Molly, who was our primary day-to-day contact. She's awesome! My experience with realtor company Team Farnham was amazing. I purchased my condo site unseen, my realtor Brent Teunis made the process easy from videotaping with great attention to detail's, from the inside of the condo to the outside as well. The team assisted with all, from assisting with the inspection as well as being present. They cared and went above and beyond. When I saw my home in person I loved it. Thank you Team Farnham.
