Through every step of the process Erik was there for us. When we first met Erik Coulter he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of the local market and understanding our needs. Every time we viewed a new property Erik would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problem so and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Erik also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. He went above and beyond all expectations! I highly recommend Erik Coulter for any real estate needs!

Bob has been great to work with, and we hope to work with him again on future transactions in the LV area. Were out-of-state buyers and Bob was very flexible accommodating our travel schedule, and took care of a lot of things that we couldnt handle ourselves when we werent in town.
