I work with a lot of Realtors professionally, but have always used Shawn, Karisa and their team for my personal transactions. Shortly after my last purchase my partner passed away and I had to sell the home we were living in as I couldn't afford it without his income. The timing was poor and the market was down slightly from when I purchased the home. They managed to sell my home with a full price offer! Amazing!! I'm so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, marketing skills and communication. I can't say enough how amazing this team is! AIRBNB Vegas Lux Modern Pool stay was cancelled by the Cunningham group because their property was not licensed and shut down by the state. Even though, it clearly stated the property was licensed through the Airbnb app. Its very frustrating when I had to call myself to find out what happened, instead of the property management calling to apologize and tell me. This group is sketchy. All of their properties should be investigated. Licensure is easily one of the first things a property owner should have to ensure their property is not shut down.

Our house has been overflowing with raw sewage for a week now -which is a health hazard- and Cunningham will not authorize emergency repairs and continues to drag their feet. They also refuse to authorize emergency shelter or offer reimbursement for a hotel and have put two senior citizens into debt. How long will my home be filling with sewage? Who knows, but Cunningham certainly does not care. If I don't have a repair timeline within 24 hours, I will be going to the local news station and contacting the health department. This is not the first disaster they have mismanaged and it won't be the last.

What a joke of a property management group. I don't understand how they can call themselves professionals. You call, leave a voicemail and they never get back to you. Email them, no response. We were without air-conditioning in the middle of the summer for 7 days that's how long it took for them to find the lowest bidder to replace the blower motor. Recently the water heater leaked into our bedroom. Did they send out some to inspect the water damage? No. They just replaced the water heater. I wouldn't highly recommend if you're looking for a property management company to look elsewhere. The Cunningham Group are some of the worst people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
