        Don't go here unless you enjoy rigid treatment plans which include filling out copious forms about your anxiety or other issues and paying out of pocket for everything, even if you have insurance. My therapist wanted me to fill out a form every time I felt anxiety and it ended up making me feel even more anxious because I did not want to have to relive the experience again to fill out the form, and then again during therapy. She also dismissed my idea that I could have PTSD. Guess what? A year and a half later, I'm now diagnosed with complex PTSD and I'm finally getting the treatment I should have received at EBP. She also made me feel incredibly awkward whenever I cried during a session. Not a good experience, at all.
