My daughter attended their out patient program and it was very unprofessional. The therapist came off a bit flakey. Would tell stories about how he saved this parent or this child from that then follow it up with statements like " but I'm not trying to be a hero". Very misleading. On top of it my daughter was removed from the program and we found out from the DRIVER and not the therapist or anyone actually on the staff. A day before the therapist was adamant about how "concerned he was" but the next day removed her without a second thought or even notice to her parents, left it to the driver. Sad and just completely unprofessional. He is more of a show boat therapist then an actual therapist.

If you bring a family member here prepare not to hear from them at all. You call to speak to your family member and the operators rarely answer nor the nurse station.. its almost impossible to get someone on the phone a director got in touch with me and then never returned my call either its been days and nothing. On top of that the visiting hours are ridiculous certain days at 8:45pm-9:15pm when the hospital is super far out. The most upsetting thing is when Im explaining the situation to an operator this afternoon she is arguing with me instead of letting me speak to someone in charge smh

It all too often that we hear about the bad reviews but rarely do we hear about the good! I wanted to take this opportunity to share my positive experience. My loved one suffers from a complex medical condition that is often mistaken for psychiatric alone. My loved ones unfortunate ordeal resulted from a motor vehicle accident and the care received following was absolutely terrible! We have experienced providers that would diagnose based on subjective views rather than listening to facts. When my loved was taken to Seven Hills, initially I grew concerned after reading the negative reviews! However, days after admission I was able to connect with the staff and doctors. I cannot express how amazing Dr. Rawaf and Courtney were throughout the duration of my loved ones stay! Not only did they listen, but they went above and beyond to help us. They took the time to explore options that hadnt been explored before. In addition, they assisted with coordination of after care and discharge planning. There were other staff members who were pleasant, but unfortunately I am unable to name them all individually! My loved one had no complaints regarding staff members and has been doing well since discharge. Although we have a long road ahead of us, I pray that we will continue to encounter amazing providers and staff such as Dr. Rawaf and Courtney! I must say that Dr. Rawafs name origin is truly befitting of his character! To have compassion for, have mercy upon, be merciful toward. Thank you to everyone who played a key role in my loved ones care!
