I can't say enough good things about Jessica and Mario. I have been a client since 2019 and I've had 3 different renters with almost no issues. As an active duty military member that had to leave shortly after purchasing my home and has been living overseas for two years, they have completely taken all of the "landlord" stress away from me. Below are just a few key points.
1.) I don't know the details of their tenant screening process, but I know it works. I've never experience a late payment.
2.) My home has never been vacant for more than two weeks. They are incredibly diligent with all repairs and listing the property.
3.) They are incredibly quick to respond to any e-mails.
4.) Their fee is pretty small compared to most. It's worth every penny.
5.) They engage with my pesky HOA, so I don't have to!
6.) They are so kind. We mostly communicate through e-mail, but they are always so considerate of my personal situation (living abroad). For a period of time, I couldn't access the owner portal because I didn't have quick access to my US cell number and Jessica went above and beyond to help me get back into my account. We were on the phone trouble shooting and she just really put me at ease and made it feel like everything was OK.
If you are looking for a company to manage your property. I think they're a no-brainer. Especially for my fellow military member that have to leave against our will...selling your home isn't the only option!
