Youve never seen anything like this property management company. I rent a house through them and my heater stopped working. In few hours a technician was there and fixed it right away. They took care of everything in a super professional manner. I appreciate that and their staff are also super nice. I will definitely recommend them for renting or buying a home.

I rented from this group a few years back. Looking for another property and realizing how many terrible companies exist I wanna share my experience with this wonderful group. I worked with Jhared and he was great, kind, easy to reach and so fast with communication. The group made move in and move out so so easy. Maintenance on the home was never an issue and even dealing with the HOA was less of a headache. They were so flexible and helpful with everything I cannot say enough good things. I would definitely use them again because they set such a high bar many other management groups could learn a thing from them about customer service!

Just closed on a house and the whole experience with The Mor Group was fantastic. Every step of the process was incredibly well managed. Every question we had was answered, the held our hand the whole way and went above and beyond. And that was only once we found our perfect home. It took of YEARS of the Mor Group showing us home after home. They never once seemed impatient or made us feel like a burden. They seem genuinely interested in helping us. I highly recommend Cassie and everyone at the Mor Group!
