i attend gv for a while dont send ur kids here the kids r straight bullies and they take sides i was bullied and fought back and i got in trouble but the other girl they favoritism is wack  thank you!!

We absolutely love this school and can't believe we didn't know of it sooner. We have lived here for 5 years and received orders to move this summer. Our children have been attending the daycare on Air Force base since they were infants and were learning nothing to prepare them for elementary school. In just a few short months, this school and it's amazing staff have brought my son up to speed and we are so relieved and thankful that he is more prepared and mostly that he loves school! This made us enroll our 3 year old as well. We really love the entire curriculum to include chapel and will greatly miss this school.

My 2 children at GVCS are thriving!  We started there when we realized CCSD would not be going to school in fall 2020, and after having an amazing and safe summer camp experience, we enrolled our 1st and 3rd grader. What a blessing!  And after watching how an education is supposed to look like, we are never leaving!  Our upcoming kindergartener is so excited to start with his big brothers next year, and then one more in a couple more years. If you want your kids to be loved, properly educated, in a non pretentious, diverse, and high academic environment, this is the school for you!

A "private" school with 25 - 30 kids in a class with a teacher, and a teachers aide. The individualized attention one usually boasts in a more standard private school class size of 10-15 is non existent. It is a college prepatory school, and boy do they mean it. Expect your child do be in school for 7 hours, then have 3 hours of hw a night WITH parental assistance as early as 3rd and 4th grade.  By fourth grade they are essentially thrown into an "on your own" educational world, with little to no true assistance of how to. They have admitted that they don't do enough preparation for this, and hope to do so to future classes. So basically, not caring about the present students who don't get a fair chance despite this acknowledgement. My kid doesn't just dread school now, she is scared of it. This is been a terrible experience  and I feel awful for putting my child through this, but fortunately she forgives me and we will be going elsewhere soon.
