Trust honesty promptness and professionalism best describes Stan from Drustar Plumbing . Stan had to open a square of drywall back in order to replace the main mechanism inside the wall that required replacing a broken cartridge. After Stan completed the job he was able to use the same faucet handle that used to be hard to turn now it turns like new. Stan always covered his shoes when he entered our house and he wasted no time getting to work. When it came time to pay our bill we were surprised that the final bill was under the estimate that he had originally given us. In a week I was dealing with a number of crises, I had an upstairs sink pipe leak..badly! Had to turn off water at the street meter.  It was a Friday. I made an hysterical call (voicemail) followed by several more urgent messages (phone & text & email).  A couple hours later, Stanley phoned me from an airport while waiting for his flight home later that evening (after a long day of air travel). I was astounded that he called me, given his situation. Furthermore, he promised that he would come on Saturday to make the repairs (such a relief) & he made good on that promise!  Stanley goes above and beyond.  Efficient AND kind..a true gem. (He's also done repairs for my elderly mother.) Highly recommend Drustar Plumbing!

Stanley Boychev is the best plumber in all of Southern Nevada. Nevermind the "big companies" that will overcharge you. Drustar Plumbing is the best way to go. Local in Henderson, NV, fast, friendly, and convenient. Thank you, Stanley. We'll call you again if something else comes up.

I have to laugh when people with no knowlege about a situation decide that a fix is simple and then get furious with a fully licensed, bonded and insured professional when they are told that it is simple only if it is done slapdash and half-assed.  Then they complain to the next guy they call to fix the mess..Although I have a home warranty policy, if I have any issue AT all with plumbing, I call Stanley at Drustar.  He is a Master Plumber, does meticulous work, explains as much as you want, is prompt, courteous and thoroughly professional.  If you want it done once, correctly, I say call Drustar.  The lowball bidder charges less perhaps, but is selling risk of  future problems.  Ever heard of John Russkin?  "There is hardly anything in the world that some man cannot make a little worse and sell a little cheaper.  People who consider price only are this man's lawful prey."Ever heard of Pogo?  "We have met the enemy and he is us."  (Walt Kelly)How true.
