Kim is the best!! After a car accident it was recommended that I try pilates. I tried a club and was not at all pleased with how I was treated. I found Kim and never looked back!! She really helped me with personalized attention and feedback. She has a knack for finding a way to make my arms shake, and I love it!! She helped me even further with some home exercises that moved my healing along. Moreover, she's an amazing human being! From the moment you meet her, you'll understand.

Kim is a terrific pilates instructor. I have lower back issues and knee pain and she is helping me strengthen and restore my mobility. Kim is the most experienced and knowledgeable pilates instructor I have ever worked with and I trust her guidance and advice. She even provided me with home exercises that are very helpful.

I am so glad I found Kim! I have been a student of hers her for quite some time, developing a custom plan that works for my mobility issues and schedule. Kim truly understands how I feel and keeps me motivated. She is quick to adjust one of our sessions is my knees arent cooperative that day. Kim even does research to help you continue your journey when youre not working out in her studio. I love Kim and would highly recommend her to all!

Kim is a master of what she does with pilates and helping get the body stronger, more flexible and always accommodates for injury. She is encouraging and will push you to be your best in the pilates work so you can have a bigger life doing what you love outside of the gym. Thank you Kim!
