I have 3 dogs and Mckenzee has been the best groomer I've used in years for them. I work from home so it's a huge convenience to be able to have my dogs groomed while I'm working. Making appointments is so easy with their online appointment system! My older labrador suffers from chronic ear infections and every place I brought him into for a bath, he would always have a flare up afterwards. Even at the vet's office! Mckenzee has been the only one who takes care to protect his ears during his baths and he hasn't had any bath related flare ups since. She also takes great care of my mini poodle mix who likes to roll in the dirt and won't even let me brush him in between appointments. Mckenzee is the only one he behaves for and she is the only groomer I've brought him to that doesn't just shave him down each time!

Makenzie did a terrific job with our little bear! She was patient, caring and our boy loved her! We would lightly recommend her and this company!!

I have to laugh every time I look at my poodle since she had her grooming appointment. Her top knot is nearly gone except for some uneven tufts sticking up. Her hair all over her body is weird choppy , again long tufts sticking out. Feet werent trimmed or, better yet, shaved even between her toes. Her ears are incredibly short but wide so she looks like the flying nun. Luckily it will all grow back but well be looking for a different groomer.
