I had my first complimentary session with Roberto this morning. Wow am I out of shape! Im definitely in the right place and will be coming back. UPDATE!!! Over a year later and still going strong! Roberto and AGF have continued to be amazing and for the first time in my life, I look forward to the gym!! Gyms are all over the valley, but you just dont get the personal one on one that you get at Active Goals Fitness! Call Roberto and get healthy!! You wont be disappointed Approaching 50 and overweight. I had lower back issues and a belly that got bigger and smaller with the seasons. I needed to get active and Active Goals Fitness has made it not only easy, but fun as well! I actually look forward to working out. I just finished my 6th week of working out and following the Optavia weight loss program and am down 26 pounds on the scale and just feel so much better! I highly suggest Active Goals for your fitness and health needs! You wont be disappointed!
