I was caught up in what I believe was a scam from a restoration company. The restoration company put a lien on my home for bills they claimed I owed because the insurance company had not settled the claim they had submitted. The insurance company told me their claim was totally out of norm as to the rates normally charged for such work. The restoration would not return my calls and would not communicate with me or the insurance company. I was directed to call Eric Day from the senior advisory group and that was the best call I ever made. Atty. day heard my case, got the information he needed, and took charge of the matter. The case was resolved in a very short time. He treated my case as if it were number one on his list. He was empathetic, honest and very reasonable with his fee. Thank you Atty.
